In mitzrayim, there were no others around so not chav anymore. He is medayk from the אשר נתן לי ד בזה that זה is from אשר יאמר כי הוא זה which is where we learn Hodaas Baal din from.

3) is this the same question how he was able to sell the בכור? I believe ohr hachaim says buy the lentil story that with a shavua you can sell something that isn’t there. That’s why it says השבה לי in toldos by the lentil story.
