Should each community have a “Rebbetzin” to teach, advise and inspire the women?

1. In the opening words of Shemos, the sofei teivos of the words וְאֵלֶּה שְׁמוֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל הַבָּאִים when reconfigured and combined, spell the word “תְּהִלִּים.”
