Shiur 365 Riddle
To answer your first riddle I heard from hagoan harav Binyomin Paler zatzal and I saw very similar in Chidushei vShiurei R Baruch Ber in the name of the grach that for the mitzva of listening to the shofar you need that the noise came from a maasa tekia. (Another interesting twist to the riddle is a Shaila if someone blows on erev Rosh haShana right near the dateline and someone on the other side hears.)
The answer to the next riddle I believe is that you don’t make a bracha on a mitzva to not do something. If you do than you could have asked why we don’t make a bracha on shevisas Shabbos every week.
To answer the third riddle one thing we find is rabbeinu hai goan brought in the magen Avraham that you can dance on Simchas Torah for the mitzva of the Torah. We also find in the smak that Bachurim that enjoy dancing may. We also find the maharshal that you can dance for Simchas chossen.

א- יש מקום לומר גם במצות סוכה הלא קדושת הסוכה חלה ע״י מה שקובע ישבתו שם, ובאופן הנמצא הלא גמר עשייתה שהוא קביעות ישיבתה לקבוע קדושתה היא ע״י בר חיובא.
ב- לא מצינו ברכת המצוות רק על מעשה מצוה.
ג- לכאורה איסור רקידה היא רק באופן שבא עם נגינה אבל רקידה בלא נגינה אין בה איסור.
