כמובן יש הרבה מהלכים, אחד מן המהלכים הידועים, מהלך המהר״ל לא היה אפשר שקבלת התורה תהיה ע״פ בחירה ואלא היה צריך להיות דבר הכרחי, שדבר הכרחי יש לו קיום לעולם, כמו שמצינו לענין אונס לא יוכל לשלמה כל ימיו, עוד מציין הש״ש שמפרש המהר״ל לפי שהיה ע״י כפיה לא נאמר גר שנתגייר כקטן שנולד (לכאורה ההגדרה לפי שהיה גרות אחד על כולם ואילו היה ע״י בחירה היה חשובה כגרות נפרד ודו״ק) ועכ״פ יוצא לפי״ז שעדיין היו מיוחסים להאבות ודו״ק
