Regarding the question of why a chassan and kallah holding hands by a mitzva tantz is not a problem of chibah b’rabbim, one could ask this in regard to holding hands when leaving the chuppah as well, which is the practice even in non-chassidic communities.

I would say that chibah b’rabbim is only when done unexpectedly in a casual setting between existing spouses, not something customarily done as a formality between two people who don’t even really know each other yet…
